Welcome to All India Journey – India Expert! These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our services, including tour bookings, travel arrangements, and other travel-related services. By using our services, you agree to abide by these terms.

1. Booking & Payments Policy

  • At Booking Confirmation. > 30% Payment 
  • Before Arrival 40% Payment > Mid of Tour. Balance payment

2. Pricing & Inclusions

  • Prices are quoted in Indian Rupee and are terms & conditions to change without prior notice due to exchange rates, supplier price revisions, or government regulations.
  • Prices include accommodations, transportation, and activities as specified in the package details.
  • Exclusions include personal expenses, visa fees, travel insurance, and any other costs not mentioned in the itinerary.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds are processed based on the timing of cancellation:

  • Date of booking to 30 days before travel the cancellation charges will be 25% of the tour cost
  • 30 to 15 days before travel – cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost
  • 15 to 7 days before travel – cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost
  • 0 to 7 days before travel – cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost. No refund shall be given

4. Travel Documents & Responsibilities

  • It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and other necessary travel documents.
  • We are not responsible for delays, denial of entry, or additional costs due to incomplete or incorrect travel documents.

5. Itinerary Changes & Force Majeure

  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, government restrictions, or operational issues.
  • In case of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, etc.), refunds and rescheduling options will be determined based on the policies of suppliers and local authorities.

6. Travel Insurance

  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and loss of baggage.
  • We are not liable for any losses incurred due to a lack of travel insurance.

7. Liability & Limitations

  • While we take every precaution to ensure a safe and enjoyable journey, we are not responsible for accidents, injuries, losses, or damages incurred during travel.
  • We act as an intermediary between travelers and third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, transport, etc.). Any disputes arising from third-party services must be addressed directly with the respective provider.

8. Updates to Terms & Conditions

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
